Job description:
Support Client Response Team in resolving client queries in a proactive and timely manner
Support Analytics Team in preparing analyses by translating data into insights
Support Sales Team in writing proposal and doing sales administration
Deliver correct and on-time monthly deliverables to clients
Join in client meetings and/ or onsites at client's office to gain experience on client servicing, engagement and consultancy.
Join in training program (virtual and in-class) designed for trainee and new-comers to quickly learn, on-board and perform the work.
Job requirement:
Fresh graduates (Bachelor/ Master Degree from all backgrounds)
Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Client centric mindset, logical thinking & detailed oriented
Ability to work under pressure as well as to work with figures and reports

2. Quantitative/ Qualitative Research (Nghiên cứu định tính hoặc định lượng)
- Participate proactively in the Nielsen training program
- Assist the team on day-to-day tasks for client requirement and project
- management
- Deliver monthly research reports to clients and ensure their accuracy
- Support the team in ad-hoc analysis and quarterly performance review to assist
- client’s business
- Comply with financial requirements such as contract, liquidation, proposal...
3. Sales Effectiveness
- Support a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service to the
- responsible clients in order to achieve the company’s financial objectives and
- other operational performance indicators
Client Servicing
- Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client
- expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplace
- Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations
- during presentations or business reviews
- Ensure the implementation of Client Management Process for the assigned
- accounts and be able to add value to those key clients
Functional / Technical
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and
- applications
- Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
- Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process
- Support and take notes during the Focus Groups or In-Depth Interviews and
- work on the report delivered to clients
- Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
4. Data Processing
- Get the briefing to understand scope, requirement expectation for related sale-
- effectiveness projects
- Build online survey according to the project requirement
- Setup a relational database and build an application to process data and
- generate reports
- Maintain free error and on-time deliveries for assigned projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to get highest engagement
