Job description:
Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, alert appropriate department/employee of visitor arrival and direct visitors to appropriate meeting room.
Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources.
Organize and distribute mail and fax messages; receive, record and send courier packages.
Printing, photocopying, filling and scanning.
Supervising the work of office area.
Monitoring inventory, office stock and order supplies as necessary.
Prepare Legal Document for Incorporation Singapore.
Make XBRL - Accounting report to Singapore Government.
Updating, processing and filling of all document in ERP system.
Managing, checking and recording all documents received and be sent in and out.
Requirements:
Candidate must possessed at least College Degree; Business Management is prefer
Language: English or Korea.
Priority for candidate has knowledge of Laws.
No experience is required.
