JOB DESCRIPTION
• Meeting with clients regularly and serving as the contact point between clients and the creative team.
• Discuss ideas and advertising strategies with clients and assist them in developing advertising campaigns.
• Presenting creative concepts to clients for approval and making sure they are in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
• Managing the budgets clients allocate toward the advertising campaigns.
• Collaborating with the creative team to design creative campaigns on behalf of the client.
• Ensuring that the creative team completes all projects on time and within budget.
• Addressing issues and delays in the project.
• Delivering the completed project to the client.
• Liaising with clients to organize promotional events that fit in with the goals of the marketing campaign.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or another relevant field.
• At least 3 years experience as an advertising account executive or in a related position.
• Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.
• Great ability to manage budgets on behalf of clients.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• The ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• An outgoing and pleasant personality.
• Be able to work as part of a team of creative staff members.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

01. CONTENT WRITER
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Create content to develop social media channels including Facebook, Fanpage, Google, GDN, Zalo, Group, Email Marketing, SMS, Linkin…
• Develop content fan pages, creative content / high viral imagery related to education;
• Manage fan pages, build, take care of the community (answer comments, inbox on fan pages, groups ...);
• Expanding the community to other social networks (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, ..)
• Translate news/ articles in education from international sources.
• Cooperate with other parts of the company and partners to develop content plans and project development strategies; support other marketing activities when required;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 01 - 02 years of experience in Content/ Copywriter/ PR
• Candidates who have experience in editing videos are preferred.

01. VIDEO EDITOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Produce videos and photos used for social media channels and related marketing programs (demo video, ads, interview video, ...)
• Create and organize stock images/videos library.
• Clip Editing, motion graphics, sound editing, music editing, color grading.
• Communicate with team about creative content scheduling, deadlines, and logistics as needed
• Work collaboratively with other teams to continuously raise the bar in terms of production value.
• Analyze video performance, maintain/improve our visual standards for video and photos.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Solid understanding of photo, video, and audio editing.
• Solid understanding of graphic design.
• Experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Premier
• Can use Photoshop, AI in basic visual design
• Creative and artistic skills
• Experiencing sourcing music, sound effects, stock photos and stock videos from various online libraries.
• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
• Ability to collaborate well with others to create finished products.
