1. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Participate in searching CV with different tool ( headhunt, manually )
- Screen and short-list curriculum vitas of candidates
- Contact and arrange interviews with candidates
- Prepare test and evaluation form for related interview.
- Call candidate and Prepare Offer letter and Labour contract for new staff
- Update New staff progress (after probation or promotion)
- Manage personnel filing: create file for new staff and keep updated current staff’s records
Internal HR:
- In charge of all staff procedure such as creating E-leave account, granting Company card access
- Collaborate with sub-regional HR team to update information/policy to Hochiminh Office.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
2. Benefits:
- Monthly allowance: 3,000,000 VND/ month
