Assist in organizing Job Fairs, Technical Days or Seminars… at colleges and universities to promote company’s image and environment;
Create good relationship with universities to build talent fresh graduate resource;
Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, internet job boards, tech association, and university alumni resources;
Analyze resource needs and make recruitment plan
Execute the screening process, initial interviewing, tracking and hiring close;
Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need;
Build up candidate database;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends;
Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly;
Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
Kiến thức chuyên môn:
IT industry knowledge is a plus

Good command in using MS. Office software; Good communication skill; Good interpersonal & teamwork skills; Be able to work under high pressure;
