Good knowledge of computer software, such as MS. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
In general:
- Greet guests and visitors
- Answer telephone, take messages, distribute faxes, type documents, reports and letters
- Perform a full range of secretarial duties for the office in Ho Chi Minh City, including screening and routing correspondence, telephone calls, and arranging meetings
- Assist in arranging logistics for staff, local, regional and international guests such as hotel reservation, travel arrangements and visa applications
- Arrange schedules, meetings for office and clients/accounts
- Maintain logbook for incoming and outgoing correspondence, faxes, and official correspondence
- Update the database of SGV contact lists and publications
- Assist in arranging seminars, workshops and meetings for SGV
- Assist operation manager in freight forwarding inquiries, rate request, quotation and supervisory
- Other duties as requested
