Key responsibilities: 1. Recruitment - Assist the interview process (including test) - Reserve room for interview/test 2. Compensation and Benefit - Assist to check the attendant record - Assist to calculate monthly overtime for all employees - Assist to calculate monthly overtime for dispatched/contracted employees 3. Document Filing - Create, review and arrange file in order and systematically 4. Others - Arrange health insurance for all employees with best service and assist the employees with claim procedure - Assist new expatriates in accommodation searching - To perform any other duties as may be assigned by Department Head or assigned person from time to time. Qualifications: • High school, college or BA degree • Fresh graduated but eager to learn in HR • Good communication & team work skill • Good command of various computer programs and applications • Fluent in Vietnamese and can communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing) • Willing to learn We just contact to the qualified and short-listed candidates only |
