Marketing and Graphic Designer- Internship
Kobi lighting studio - a French lighting design agency founded at Ho Chi Minh City in 2017 - designs sophisticated
and sustainable environments and spaces, with the intention to better people’s life and the efficiency of
organizations.
We design the light for people’s wellness(1), for organizations’ efficiency(2) and in order to create the right
ambience(3) and emotion to spaces.
Considering our development schedule and to answer an increasing demand, we are recruiting an Marketing and
Graphic Designer (Internship) highly motivated to assist our MarCom Coordinator & team in order to develop our
studio activity.
You are a young creative mind who has a passion for design, beauty and esthetics.
You love making your presentations and reports (for school) that look eye-catching by using Canva (that you use like
a pro) -or even better : you are familiar with Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and Photoshop !
You are excellent with Microsoft Word, you know a trick or two to bring your documents to the next level.

The Marketing and Graphic Design (Intern) will support & assist the Managers on updating our marketing tools and document templates.
The candidate shall be able and willing to handle several assignments. An interest in Art, Design, Sustainability, Sciences and Cultures is a plus.
The candidate shall have a high sense of ethics and responsibility.
You will be tasked with Marketing actions linked to Graphic Design :
• Improve and re-design our corporate, legal and business-related documents to make them
more inviting and attractive
• Create a general CV template for the kobi employees
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Other tasks required by MarCom Coordinator
• (Secondary) : Design Digital Content for Social Media
KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS & BEHAVORIAL
Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Google Suite is required. Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Canva skills is required
Attention to Details: Fastlearning capabilities; Resourceful and pro-active; Highly motivated; Eager to learn and curious
