• Prepare Depreciation Schedule for investment properties
• Date Entry information provided by client
• Making decisions to adjust the cost of property, plants & equipment.
• Prepare BAS, tax return and financial statement.
• Graduate from university with Accounting major
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)
• Experience in Accounting software (MYOB, Xero, HandiLedger, etc) is a plus
• Experience in Data Entry is a plus
• Willing to take ad-hoc when required
• Good analytical and multi-tasking skills
• A team player, self-motivated and willing to learn
