- Partner with internal functional departments to define business processes and associated system
requirements.
- Find solutions for information and data requests/projects from functional departments related to
business issues and demands. Provide analysis of issues as required.
- Work with ERP stakeholders to design necessary information frameworks and functions to fulfil
requests
- Document requirements, create business cases and process models. Generate interface designs,
prototypes, data flow diagrams and system models.
- Assist the technical team and strengthen their understanding of the solution to be developed.
- Interact with the technology team and help them understand the business solutions, participate in
testing processes
- Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) process
- Conduct training sessions during the implementation phase
- Report to IT manager
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis
- A degree in IT / Computer Science major or equivalent practical experience
- Proven strong experience in eliciting requirements and UAT testing
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization
techniques and tools
- Having solid experience in writing SQL queries is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
