Responsibilities:
- Support customers via chat and email.
- Ensure achievement of given quality and performance parameters including turnaround time.
- Focus on Customer Service and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results as per
client requirement, to meet the organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Able to do shift work flexibly (9 hour per shift including 1 hour for break during working time from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
- Excellent English written communication skills.
- At least 1 year Sales chat experience.
- Sales skill set.
- Good communication, problem solving skills.
