The applicant must:
● Be older than 18
● Be excellent in English
● Be enthusiastic, positive, creative, responsible, organized, and love to work with children and teens.
● Be willing to embrace challenges and step out of the comfort zone.
● Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team in English.
● Have the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and to think and act creatively on the go.
● Commit to work throughout the duration of the program.
● Commit to participate in training days plus at least 2 camps sessions.
What will your main duties and responsibility be?
● Serving as supporting role for Camp Director in preparing materials and organizing activities.
● Assisting in organizing and keeping track of logistics inventory throughout camp.
● Setting up and taking down all games and activities including but not limited to; rafting materials, sports games, navigation equipment, water relays, arts and crafts materials.
● Communicate effectively in English to make sure materials are delivered as required.
● Attending the training and planning week before the camp session begins.
● Taking responsibility for the safety of students in emergency situations, and reporting any issues or problems to the Camp Director.
● Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.
● Performing related duties as assigned.
Preferred
● Ability to process voluminous details, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
● Knowledge of logistics and event planning.
● Knowledge of mechanical engineering is a plus.
● Proactive, problem-solving, well-organized - Work smart!
● Being punctual is a must.
● Have good physical strength to perform heavy tasks.
● Good ENGLISH oral communication skills.
