I. Main duties:
1. Reception
‐ Answer the phone & Welcome guests
‐ Receive messages and transfer to the recipient without mistake
- Make sure there are no mistake or complaints about the work on
2. Office management
‐ Coordinate about office supplies to ensure the office clean, keep working and working hours prescribed
‐ Ensure there are no report or complaint about the office
‐ Follow up office expenses
‐ Hotel booking
- Admin for plant (timesheet record, MOM record...)
3. Car Rental Management
- Car management(arrange car booking, cost checking and control,...)
- Provide better management options (diagrams or regulations ...)
- Manage the taxi cards
- Make sure there are no reports or complaints about the management of car
3. Others
- Help and support HR Dept in the organization of conferences and corporate events such as trip outing, year end party or the talk of the HR department...
- Support in submit SHTP & PM license (investment, business,..)
- Other work designated by HRM
II. Requirements:
University/College Degree with major in English/Business/Accounting/Others
Good at writing and speaking skills in English and Vietnamese
High adaptability & learning
Working time: 8am-5pm(Mon-Fri)
Contract duration: 6 months
