- Assisting with month-end financial reports;
- Posting journal entries, data entries, credit checks;
- Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory;
- Submitting the tax and insurance lodgements to the local tax and social insurance departments;
- Declaring the value added tax reports based on the availability of supporting invoices;
- Reconciling the tax and insurance obligations on a timely basis of specified clients;
- Book-keeping and reconciling simple accounting modules such as cash/bank module, accounts payable/receivable module;
- Document filing;
- Other accounting tasks upon assignment.
- Good working knowledge of accounting information, while keeping up to date with changing rules and regulations of tax, accounting and other related laws.
- English: equivalent to TOEIC Above 500
- Work well with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately;
- Self-motivation and excellent time and project management skills
- The ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Audit/ Finance/ Banking
