Job description
- Directly participate in works related to project management under the assignment, guidance, and supervision from members of Account department
- Assist the members of the Account department throughout all phases of the project; from connecting and meeting with customers, searching and collecting needed information and data for the concept development phase; organizing debrief meetings and working with internal teams, building and developing concepts, proposal writing, pitching, project implementing ... until completing procedures of projects.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct mentor.
Job requirements
- Students who have completed the program or final year students.
- Passionate and have a minimum understanding of events and the entertainment industry
- Have participated in organizing similar activities or related activities.
- Abundant in energy, creative thinking, flexible and responsive.
- Love communicating and connecting with others
- Thinking about solutions, results and problem-solving
- Continuously capture and update trends;
- Good at organizing and managing work and time.
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Ability to work independently and work in groups;
- Basic English skills
- Proficient in MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet.
