Through our 6-Month intensive world-class Leadership Training program, we focus on youth leaders below 25 years old and equip them with transformational mindsets, skillsets, and toolsets to reach their full potential, and give their best work to the companies they choose to serve.
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Youth Engagement Executive. In this position, you will collaborate with your team to recruit youth delegates and deliver summits, conferences, networking events, seminar series, and training workshops in HCMC.
A Youth Engagement Executive has three primary responsibilities:
Taking care of the vetting process and onboarding youth delegates
Prepare the application, document, guideline for applicants
Assist youth delegates with each step on the vetting process and onboarding
Organizing the event, training program
Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
Manage all event operations (preparing venues, logistics, etc.)
Assist trainers, speakers, partners, and youth delegates at each event
Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
Responsible for the experiences of youth on each activities of the program
Evaluate event’s success proof of service documents, event feedback and experience surveys, and submit reports
Building Ready To Lead Online and Offline community
Developing ideas to enhance Ready To Lead community engagement
Create activities that increase adoption and ongoing engagement of the member
Proactively interacting with communities across all platforms in order to add value to the member’s experience
