Job Responsibilities
1/ Responsible for the system of light, sound and chairs system
2/ Check regularly requests of events which happen in Auditorium; coordinate with Event Coordinator, Head of Cleaner, Head of Gardener to make sure all requirements ( light and sound system, chairs, tables,...) prepared and be ready for events;
3/ Assist to Facility Coordinator to check and follow up the requests in Helpdesk. Report to Facility Coordinator and record requests.
4/ Support team member in communication with teacher/ admin to solve problem if any
5/ Routine maintenance: all equipment as ME, HVAC, plumping, firefighting system;
6/ Perform preventive maintenance base on schedule and attending break down maintenance;
7/ Report on situation of all equipment & utility consumption;
8/ Support & monitor contractor & vendor on installation and trouble fixing;
9/ Help to refurbish equipment and fixture;
10/ Perform other duties as assigned by Facility Coordinator/ Facility Manager.
